We reserve the right to update product information, prices, specifications, and availability when necessary.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Cash on Delivery

Customers who select Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay the applicable order amount when the parcel is delivered.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We provide express delivery across Sri Lanka, subject to courier service availability.

A flat delivery charge of LKR 399 applies to deliveries across Sri Lanka unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time where delivery is handled by a third-party courier.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided or no one was available to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, external electrical conditions, or normal wear and tear, subject to applicable law and the specific warranty terms.

11. Installation and Signal Reception

Television reception can vary depending on factors such as:

  • Distance from broadcasting towers

  • Terrain and surrounding buildings

  • Antenna position and installation

  • Cable quality and connections

  • Local signal coverage and strength

Therefore, purchasing an antenna does not guarantee reception of every television channel in every location.

  • Access restricted systems without authorization

  • Submit fraudulent orders or information

  • Use the website for unlawful activities
